Photographs of the approaches to and from the Dieng Plateau and the glorious sunrise that can be seen from there. The plateau is surrounded by active volcanoes, and the scenery is spectacular to say the least.

It is possible to trek up a mountain to see the sunrise (the middle mountain in photograph number 9). We approached the plateau via Wonosobo, but descended via a different route going through Ngadrejo.
